Pamela J. Kuphal, has over ten years of human resources experience including employee relations, performance coaching, individual development, training, compensation and benefits. Expertise also includes all facets of employment from selection to retention.

Prior to joining Hoffman Recruiters in 2002, Pamela managed a Human Resources staffing team for Reardon Associates for seven years. Pam’s clients have ranged in size from small, pre-IPO start-ups to multi-national, billion dollar conglomerates. Industries include financial services, insurance, retail, biotech, consulting and consumer products. Pam's dedication ensures that a successful, long-term relationship is established between herself and her clients and their associates.

Pam graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University where she had a dual concentration in Human Resources Management and Management. While attending Northeastern University she interned with IBM, The Boston Company and Roche Bros.
