07/24/06 – HRtech Welcomes Richard Tedeschi and Kelli McGrath

Consistent with its commitment to being the leader in IT staffing and consulting, Hoffman Recruiters has hired Richard Tedeschi, Vice President of Sales, and Kelli McGrath, Vice President of Recruiting to lead HRtech to new heights.

Richard Tedeschi is a seasoned sales professional with over twenty years of experience in the engineering and information technology industries. His responsibilities include the management and expansion of HRtech’s contract business as well as project outsourcing, sales training and supervision of daily operations.

Most recently, Richard served as Managing Director of Hudson Global Resources (formerly a division of TMP Worldwide) a $1.3 billion worldwide organization. With his guidance, his office grew revenue by over 54%. As Vice President of Sales at ADEPT, Inc. (a New England based IT staffing firm acquired by TMP Worldwide in 2001) Richard contributed to growth by increasing revenues by nearly 100%. His responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and ongoing strategic business development throughout New England for IT and Engineering staffing.

Particular career accomplishments include consistently increasing sustainable revenue, mentoring and developing top sales performers, identifying best practices, and creating results driven sales programs. Previous experience includes sales management positions with Innovative Information Systems CDI/COMPDATA Northeast, Data Arts and Sciences.

Kelli McGrath has over eighteen years of diverse industry experience. Kelli is responsible for permanent and contract recruiting, developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, overseeing recruiting operations and executing strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Hoffman Recruiters, Kelli served as Vice President of Recruiting for Hudson Global Resources (formerly a division of TMP Worldwide), a 1.3 billion dollar worldwide organization. There she was responsible for the hiring, training and developing of top performing recruiters, cultivating relationships with quality candidates and increasing the available talent pool. As Vice President of Recruiting at ADEPT, Inc., (a New England based IT staffing firm acquired by TMP Worldwide in 2001), Kelli contributed to growing annual revenues by 530% over an eight year period and successfully positioned the business for acquisition.

Throughout Kelli's career she has gained significant knowledge in establishing recruiting metrics, production goals, compensation methodology and training curriculum. She has a proven track record of successfully developing and managing candidate relationships, fulfilling national vendor requirements and supervising on-site account teams. Within the IT staffing industry, Kelli has extensive experience in all areas of operations including recruiting, sales and branch management.

Kelli earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire and is a graduate of MIT’s Executive Program. She served as the Ethics Chair for the New England Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Companies (NACCB) from 1991 through 2001.
