07/24/03 - HOFFMAN RECRUITERS EXPANDS BOSTON OPERATION

As the staffing industry continues to suffer the effects of a poor economy, Hoffman Recruiters is adding space and jobs in downtown Boston. We have leased an additional floor at 115 Broad Street, increasing our occupancy to three floors of the building.

Hoffman Recruiters needs the space in order to hire twenty new recruiters in Boston. We will add these recruiters during the third and fourth quarters of 2003 in order to support our growing practice in the areas of healthcare, financial services, insurance, legal and biotechnology. This move will bring the total number of our Boston-based recruiters to fifty.

Over the past eighteen months, we have transformed our firm in order to succeed in an economy where many of our competitors are failing. Our philosophy is to be ready to anticipate and react to changes in the market. As a result, sales have nearly tripled during the period.
